Therapy for High-Responsibility Professionals, Helpers, and Caregivers
Does this sound like you?
You are successful. Capable. The one others rely on. You manage complexity, and often with composure. You make decisions. So many decisions. You hold responsibility and from the outside, your life may appear steady.
And yet inside, you may feel exhausted, all over the place, confused, or numb.
Perhaps you are navigating a demanding career, a divorce, the loss of a parent, or a questioning of who you are beyond your role. You may function at a high level while feeling disconnected from yourself.
You are not falling apart. You are simply carrying more than is sustainable. Therapy can be a place where you no longer have to perform and begin to unload the weight you are carrying.
I Offer a Confidential and Grounded Space
I work with high-responsibility professionals in California and Colorado who are navigating burnout, identity transitions, relationship shifts, and the weight of responsibility and stress.
Many of my clients are leaders, entrepreneurs, health care providers, and creatives. They are thoughtful, self-aware, and accustomed to being the steady one that others rely on.
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and when appropriate DBT and CBT, we explore the internal patterns that drive over-functioning, perfectionism, self-criticism, and emotional exhaustion and learn a new path forward that is alignment with your highest self.
Our work is not about fixing you. It is about rebalancing your internal system and learn how to include yourself in your circle of care. With clarity and compassion, we begin to loosen what no longer serves you and strengthen your capacity to lead your life from a place of calm rather than pressure.
How I Work
IFS allows us to understand the different “parts” within you. The part that drives success, the part that fears failure, the part that feels exhausted, and the parts that may still carry earlier wounds.
Mindfulness creates the space to notice these parts without judgment, helping you respond rather than react and build a steady and trusting internal foundation.
Over time, this work supports you in:
Softening self-criticism
Releasing patterns that no longer serve you
Regulating your nervous system
Clarifying what you actually want
Leading your life from a grounded and compassionate place
This Work May Be For You If:
You appear composed, yet feel internally strained
You struggle to slow down without guilt
You are navigating divorce, grief, or a significant life transition
Your success no longer feels aligned with who you are becoming
You want depth and discernment
The ways you have been coping are no longer working for you
