I offer telehealth therapy for adults located in California and Colorado.

My path into this work has been both professional and personal.

For more than 20 years, I have worked in helping roles mentoring, guiding, and supporting individuals through complexity and change. As a therapist and mindfulness practitioner, I bring a grounded, steady presence to the room. My work is depth-oriented and thoughtful, balancing insight with practical integration.

I am a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. These frameworks allow us to explore the internal patterns that drive over-functioning, perfectionism, self-criticism, and emotional exhaustion. Without judgment and without rushing the process.

Like many of the clients I serve, I understand what it means to hold responsibility, to navigate high-pressure environments, and to encounter burnout. I also understand the disorientation that can arise during grief, transition, and questions of identity. These experiences have deepened my respect for boundaries, discernment, and the importance of inner steadiness.

Therapy with me is intentional and confidential. It is a place to step out of performance and into clarity and to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

My role is to help you access that wisdom with greater ease.
