Are you feeling anxious and overwhelmed by the chaos of your home environment? Are you having difficulty opening your mail, bills are piling up and creating havoc in other areas of your life? Are you faced with the daunting and painful task of cleaning out a loved one’s home after a devastating loss? Often when we have difficulty tending to our outer environment, this represents challenges in our inner landscape.

With the support of a nonjudgmental and caring guide alongside you, we will use Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness-based approaches to identify what parts of yourself are having difficulty attending to your environment. We will explore your internal thought patterns and emotions,clear out old and unneeded physical and mental burdens and develop strategies and a plan to overcome these obstacles and transform your home into a sanctuary that nourishes your mind, body, and soul.

Let’s practice

 I am a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. I have worked as an administrator at a meditation retreat center serving hundreds of participants each year. I am a meditation instructor within the Shambhala Buddhist lineage and have had my own personal meditation practice since 2008. I am interested in Mindful Leadership and developing healthy workplace and community environments.
